Testi Ayla Bombe Peaberry comes from the Testi Ayla Washing Station, located in Bombe village near Bombe Mountain in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Founded in 2010 and now part of the Testi Coffee group, the station serves around 375 smallholder farmers who cultivate heirloom varieties such as Mikicho and Setami on small plots averaging 2.5 hectares. This particular lot is a rare peaberry selection, prized for its small, rounded bean shape, which is said to concentrate flavor and sweetness even more than standard flat beans.
