Built with advanced lyocell fiber technology and engineered specifically for flat-bottom brewers, it brings a radically different flow profile to the wave filter format. Its precisely woven 3D mesh structure allows water to move through the coffee bed continuously, keeping the concentration gradient steep, extraction efficient, and flavor compounds at their most expressive.

Where conventional wave filters can stall with fine grinds, the Hiflux High Fast removes that ceiling entirely, letting you grind finer for the same brew time, extract more, and achieve a cup that is noticeably more layered, textured, and complex. Available in two sizes — the 155 for 1 to 2 cup brews, and the 185 for larger batch brewing — both sharing the same Hiflux lyocell technology for consistent performance at any volume.
